The Zoo-keeper's Wife

I wish to know how many book I have read through the year that is about WW2. I'm not evil or anything but there are some very interesting things about WW2 and what people though about it. The WW2 books just draw me to this point in which it makes me think about how many different types of viewpoints there are in the world for that. There is a spectrum of people with different viewpoints, some are brutal and others are peace-loving.

I apparently have not finished the boook yet but in this book, there has displayed many issues that we still have in the world. But at least we wouldn't be killing each other. In the story, it is quite pitiful that many, many people died in the holocaust. People who spoke too much, people with disabilities, people who are religious, people who are Jews and any other complaints and any other excuse people can find to kill these poor innocent people.

I think that the zoo-keeper's wife is a very emotional book that deals with the death of a loved one or a close one. Even a dog can be someone's happiness. In a part of the story which made me tear a bit, the dog in the story dies because he ate the German's rat poison and managed to crawl back to his owner's laps and died there. It was heartbreaking.
